We would love you to be totally happy with your order when you receive it. If, however something is not quite right, or your order is damaged in any way during delivery or your item is faulty we will be more than happy to arrange an exchange or for you to return it and receive a refund.

We may ask you to take photographs of any faulty items or items that may have been damaged during delivery so we can investigate further if necessary.

If you need to cancel your order:

If you have ordered Goods that are in stock and not 'made to order', but not received them, you may cancel your order without giving a reason, at any time within 14 days of your order. You will have no obligation and we will return your money.


If you need to return your order:

Please contact us as within 14 days so we are aware and can make any necessary arrangements for the return.

We would be most grateful if you could please make sure all the items are in their original packaging and in their original condition.
Please wrap your parcel securely and make sure you make clear who is returning the order.We are unable to make any refund unless we know who the order has come from.

You will be responsible for any return postage fees unless agreed prior. Please make sure the item is insured through the carrier as we are unable to refund or accept liability for items lost or damaged prior to receiving them back with us.

Unfortunately we can not accept for return the following:

  • Earrings - for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.
  • Personalised orders unless the item is faulty, it has been damaged during delivery or if we have made a mistake.
